| DC Central Kitchen Celebrates Black History Month |

Visiting chefs included Gillian Clark, chef and owner at the Colorado Kitchen, Leon Baker, pastry chef at Signatures, and Zed Wondemu, chef and owner at Zed's Ethiopian Restaurant. From 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, our three guests worked with trainees of the 59th job training class, passing on knowledge and skills of the trade. Following the presentation of their creations, a Kitchen wide food tasting took place, resulting in many happy faces, and full stomachs.
